A meeting of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Garland, Texas will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 9 a.m.
NOTICE: Pursuant to Section 551.125 of the Texas Government Code and the executive orders of Governor Gregg Abbott suspending provisions of the Texas Government Code and other applicable laws of the State regarding normal open meetings, the Civil Service Commission will hold this meeting by internet/telephonic remote means.

City of Garland Ordinance #4671 requires members of this Commission to disqualify themselves if they have a conflict of interest, as defined in Article V, Section 10.50, of this ordinance. If such a conflict exists in a matter, a Commission member must complete a “Disqualified Affidavit” and may not participate in any discussion or vote on the matter. Disqualification Affidavits are available from the Director of Civil Service or the City Secretary’s office.
