a. DSA-18-00065:  Conditional Use Permit to allow Clean Freak Car Wash to locate in a B-2 zone district. APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
b. DSA-18-00064:  Major Site Plan/Final Development Plan for the development of a 4,983 square foot Clean Freak Car Wash and associated site improvements.  APPROVED WITH TECHNICAL MODIFICATIONS
c. DSA-18-00114:  Final Landscape Plan for Clean Freak Car Wash.  (Planner Laura Blakeman) APPROVED
4.   Public hearing and consideration of a request by United Engineering on behalf of RMG Marabella LLLC  for the following land use approvals on approximately 104 acres located south of McCartney Rd., generally located south of where Palomino Parkway terminates at McCartney Rd. within the Marabella Planned Area Development: 
a. DSA-18-00111: Preliminary Plat to divide the property into 274 single-family residential lots, identifying future rights of way, tracts and easements.  APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
b. DSA-18-00122: Subdivision variance to allow block lengths of 792.37 ft. and 930 ft. where 660 ft. is the longest  permitted by City Code 16.16.160.   (Planner James Gagliardi) RECOMMENDAL APPROVAL TO CITY COUNCIL

a. DSA-18-00112 - Minor Amendment to Major Site Plan for Chili's Restaurant located at 1532 E. Florence Blvd. to allow an exterior reimage for a new paint scheme and replacement of the existing fabric awnings.

  3. Provide new wood fiber groundcover and new playground equipment w/ shade structure.
