11. | ZC #2022-01: A public hearing to consider a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to adopt changes to the Yolo County Zoning Regulations to conform with Senate Bill (SB) 9. The proposed amendments to Title 8 Yolo County Code of Ordinances include the addition of non-discretionary urban lot splits in Chapter 1, Article 3 (Subdivision Requirements), and clean up and updating of housing and accessory structure standards in Chapter 2, Article 5 (Residential Zones).
