Members of the public may address the City Council on matters that are not listed on the City Council agenda. The City Council cannot discuss or take legal action on any matters during the Call to the Public, unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action. At the conclusion of the Call to the Public, individual members of the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Council, may ask Staff to review a matter, or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda. Citizens may also use Information Request Forms, which are available. All City Council meetings are recorded.

Pursuant to A.R. S. 38.431. 02, notice is hereby given to the members of the City Council and to the general public that the Page City Council will hold a meeting open to the public. Supporting documents and Staff reports, which were furnished to the City Council, with this agenda, are available for review at www.citvofpage.org or at the City Clerk's Office. Council Members of the City of Page City Council will attend either in person or by telephonic conference. City Council may vote to go into Executive Session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the City Attorney on any item listed on the agenda, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A)(3). City Council may modify the agenda order, if necessary. This agenda may be subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.
