Approval of License Agreement Case 19-LA-005, a License Agreement between the City of Leander and NK Land Investments, LLC; City of Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this License Agreement is to allow for the construction of a driveway within the right-of-way of Raider Way. This portion of Raider Way has not been constructed and this driveway would allow access to a property that currently has limited access.
