5 Year Capital Improvements Projects Plan for Public Works & Parks & Recreation

SUMMARY:
KSA will be presenting on behalf of Public Works & Parks & Recreation for the City of Palestine for improvement projects in many areas of the City. The Directors recently met with KSA to discuss the problem areas throughout the city to include several with continued damage from flooding causing structural damage to roadways and city streets as well as private properties belonging to citizens. Examples of the area are: Bassett Road, Davis Street, Reagan Street and many more discussed during the meeting. This plan will assist for supplement information for future grant funds as they are made available.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommend to review the scope of action and decide if this is an item the city would be interested in pursuing.
