2.   Public hearing and consideration of requests by Charles Wright of Pinal Design Group, LLC on behalf of Arizona Conference Corporation of Seventh Day Adventists for the following land use approvals upon parcels 505-04-004X, -Y, and Z, east of Colorado St at the terminus of Cordova Ave (Planner James Gagliardi):

3.   Public hearing and consideration of a request by Mark Reddie and Kyle Barichello of RVI Planning for DSA-21-00012, Major Amendment to the Los Prados PAD zone to designate approximately 16.3 acres for a 191-unit single-family for rent development east of Wal-Mart, west of Via Del Cielo, south of Florence Blvd, where presently multi-family, commercial and office uses are approved. (Planner James Gagliardi)

4.   Public hearing and consideration of a request by Neil Feaser of RKAA on behalf of Simon CRE for the following land use approvals upon a 5.46-acre portion of parcel 505-26-004U, otherwise known as 274 N Camino Mercado, north of U-Haul (Planner James Gagliardi):
  1. DSA-21-00082: Border Patrol Station Major PAD Amendment (PZ Only) to reflect the singular 11.46-acre land use parcel as two parcels and to introduce design standards for the new land use area.
  2. DSA-21-00081: Major Site Plan to allow an Ameripark RV/ Boat Storage facility to accommodate a walled facility featuring canopies covering approximately 232 stalls for recreational vehicle and boat storage.

b.   Minor Site Plan for the City of Casa Grande Public Safety Facility at 377 E Val Vista Blvd to add a covered parking area and security fence. (DSA-21-00078) (Planner Joe Horn)
 
c.   Minor Amendment to a Major Site Plan (known by CGPZ-033-003) to allow a nail salon within a former car wash space at the NEC of Trekell and Kortsen within the Trekell Business Center PAD zone.  Said minor amendment updates the building elevations for the former car wash building and adds additional parking to accommodate the  new use.  An address of 2020 N Trekell Rd. has been provided for this building to differentiate from the gas station (2012 N Trekell Rd.) 3.   City Council Decisions on Planning Commission Recommendations
 
a.   DSA-21-00045, Approving a Major Amendment to a Portion of the McCartney Ranch Planned Area Development Adopted for Property Generally Located North of Rodeo Road and West of Brown Avenue, Casa Grande, Arizona.
 
b.   DSA-21-00008, Amending Zoning Ordinance #1178 and its Subsequent Amendments by Changing the Zoning from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Multi-Family Residential (R-3) on Approximately 2.49 acres of Property Generally Located East of Schultz Street and North of McMurray Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona.
 
c.   DSA-21-00048, Amending Title 17 of the City of Casa Grande Municipal Code by Adding and Amending Definitions, Regulations, and Requirements for the Dispensing, Cultivating, Infusing, Testing and Use of Marijuana; Establishing the Severability of the Various Sections of the Ordinance; and Establishing an Effective Date.
