1. REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Development Services/Planning & Zoning Division: Rezoning Case No. 11-07: In accordance with the Yuma County Zoning Ordinance, Section 404.01(I)(7), action to grant an extension of time to comply with the Schedule for Development, determine compliance with the Schedule for Development, or cause the property to revert to its former Local Commercial (C-1) zoning classification, Assessor's Parcel No. 664-01-148, located at 3647 West 8th Street, Yuma, Arizona.
2. SUMMARY:
Rezoning Case No. 11-07 was approved by the Board of Supervisors (BOS) on November 21, 2011 subject to a Schedule for Development (SFD).  The BOS granted extensions of time to comply with the SFD on January 19, 2013, April 6, 2015, June 5, 2017, and August 6, 2018.  The deadline to comply with the SFD was August 6, 2019. 

Staff was contacted by the applicant on August 6, 2019 requesting  an extension of time of two (2) years to complete the outstanding item in the Schedule for Development.
3. Commission's Recommended Motion:
N/A.
4. Staff's Recommended Motion:
Revert the zoning to its original C-1 zoning classification.
