SUBJECT MATTER:
Receive, consider and act adoption of the 2019 Consolidated Budget for The Woodlands Township;
FISCAL IMPACT:
Consolidated Expenditures = $124.2 million
BACKGROUND:
The Board of Directors held budget workshop meetings August 13 - 16, 2018 to review and discuss The Woodlands Township's Consolidated Budget for 2019.

Attached is a 2019 Consolidated Budget Summary which includes all adjustments made by the Board during the budget workshops and a list of those adjustments.  Please note that the property tax revenue reflected in the summary budget document is based on the proposed tax rate of $0.2273 approved by the Board on August 16.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the 2019 Consolidated Budget including the Base Budget and all budget adjustments and initiatives approved by the Board of Directors during the budget workshop meetings held August 13 - 16, 2018.
