Receive, consider and act upon the conveyance of The Woodlands Village of Cochran's Crossing Section Seven Unrestricted Reserve "B";
There is no new fiscal impact to the Township related to the conveyance of this reserve. The cost to maintain the 730 linear feet of concrete pathway within this reserve is approximately $60 per year and has been included in the Township's budget.
The Woodlands Land Development Company (TWLDC) has submitted Unrestricted Reserve "B" of The Woodlands Village of Cochran's Crossing Section Seven containing 0.88 acres for conveyance. This reserve contains a pathway segment, which has been maintained by the Township for many years and the reserve is adjacent to Reserve "A", containing 2.06 acres owned by the Township.
The reserve has been inspected and no major issues were reported. Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deed and has found it to be acceptable (Attachment A). A map of the reserve has been prepared (Attachment B).
Accept by Special Warranty Deed Unrestricted Reserve “B” containing 0.88 acres more or less identified on that certain plat of The Woodlands Village of Cochran’s Crossing Section Seven, recorded in Cabinet D, Sheet 173-B of the Map Records of Montgomery County, Texas.
