SUBJECT MATTER:
Receive, consider and act on a update from the Drainage Task Force; 
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact related to this Drainage Task Force update.   The Board of Directors has retained Moffatt and Nichol for drainage engineering services in an amount not to exceed $150,000 which includes, in part, Task Force Meeting support. 
BACKGROUND:
Director Rieser, Chairman of the Drainage Task Force,  will update the Township Board of Directors at the October 17, 2019, Board of Directors meeting regarding the drainage issues discussed at Task Force meetings during the last quarter. Meeting Summaries are posted on the Township's website, the latest of which is attached for reference.
RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and accept the report.
