Receive, consider and act upon a Right-of-Way Instrument to grant a utility easement to Entergy Texas, Inc. for a portion of Reserve "C" in the Village of Sterling Ridge Section 1 (P-2019-0248);
There are no costs relative to the granting of the right-of-way easement;
Entergy Texas, Inc. requires a Right-of-Way Instrument (easement) to replace existing underground lines that lie outside the right-of-way or an existing easement. The size of the area required is approximately .28 acres within the 1.948 acre tract Village of Sterling Ridge, Section 1, ROSR "C" (Attachment A). The project consists of underground wire to power the street lights located in the area of Woodlands Parkway at Flintridge. Legal Counsel has completed a review of the right-of-way instrument easement agreement and has found it to be acceptable (Attachment B).
Approve the right-of-way instrument with Entergy Texas, Inc. and authorize the President/General Manager to execute the agreement.
