| Recommended Action |
Conduct Board Governance Discussion Session: The purpose of this session is to discuss matters of general Board governance, including related issues concerning effective leadership and good governance practices; and to review and provide input and direction on the following:
- Governance self-assessment
- 2022 Board Meeting Calendar
- Transition to in-person meetings
- Subcommittee assignments
- Round table on other matters concerning Board governance
