Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
This first amendment to the Work Authorization is for the continued assistance with development and implementation of the updated Climate Action and Adaptation Plan, as well as implementation of the Sustainability Plan, and assistance with other climate action planning efforts consistent with the October 13, 2020 Board resolution declaring a climate crisis in Yolo County.
A Work Authorization for Consero Solutions to assist with managing early implementation of the County's Sustainability and associated Climate Action Plan was originally approved on June 10, 2021 under agreement 20-104. The total not-to-exceed amount under the original Work Authorization was $50,000. This amendment is for the continued assistance with the activities described below and will cover work from September 1, 2021 and expire on June 30, 2022.
Task Definition
Task 1: Support Yolo County staff in advancing the work of the Yolo County Climate Action Commission (YCCAC);
Task 2: Develop the scope of work for the updated Climate Action and Adaptation Plan consultants and assist staff with the consultant section process;
Task 3: Assist with development and implementation of early actions;
Task 4: Coordinate meetings, calls, and administrative responsibilities;
Task 5: Other duties as assigned. |
