CALL TO ORDER

CITIZENS' COMMENTS:
At this time citizens who have pre-registered before the call to order will be allowed to speak on any matter other than personnel matters or matters under litigation, for a length of time not to exceed three (3) minutes. No Council action or discussion may take place on a matter until such matter has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law. Anyone desiring to speak on an item scheduled for a public hearing is requested to hold their comments until the public hearing portion of the item.
 
CONSENT AGENDA:
Items listed under the consent agenda are considered routine and are generally enacted in one motion. The exception to this rule is that a Council Member may request one or more items to be removed from the consent agenda for separate discussion and action.

2.   Consider an approval of an ordinance regarding the acceptance of the official zoning map (Case No. M-21-17). Click to View
 
PUBLIC HEARING:
 
3.   Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance for annexation, generally located east of Sunrise road, and south of Beltline Road consisting of 12.436 acres and containing one (1) parcel of land Case No. (M-22-25). Click to View
 
4.   Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance for a zoning change to Light Industrial with concurrent annexation, property generally located east of Sunrise Road and South of Beltline Road consisting of 12.436 acres and containing one (1) parcel of land. ACTION:
 
5.   Discuss and consider a resolution ratifying the terms and conditions of an Economic Development Incentive Agreement by and between the Wilmer Economic Development Corporation, Type A (WEDC) and Nike USA, Inc. Click to View
 
6.   Discuss and consider a resolution approving the terms and conditions of a Project Specific Agreement with Dallas County for striping on various streets in the City of Wilmer, Texas. Click to View
 
7.   Discuss and consider an resolution dedicating a sanitary sewer easement consisting of approximately 2,219 linear feet and an twenty foot (20) additional temporary construction easement, and authorizing the City Administrator to execute the associated separate instrument and recording the real property records of Dallas County, Texas (Case M-22-35) Click to View
 
8.   Discuss and consider approving a resolution authorizing the City of Wilmer to open a bank account at Prosperity Bank for establishing a lock box service with the ESO company. Click to View
 
9.   Discuss and consider election of a Mayor Pro Tempore. Click to View
 
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
 
10.   The City Council shall convene in a closed executive session pursuant to Section §551.071 (1) of the Texas Government Code to seek legal advice from the Attorney concerning pending or contemplated litigation regarding the case styled John Hubbard v. Wilmer Economic Development Corporation and Wilmer Community Development Corporation, Cause No. 21-01281, and pending in the 44th District Court, Dallas County, Texas. Click to View
