CITIZENS' COMMENTS:
At this time citizens who have pre-registered before the call to order will be allowed to speak on any matter other than personnel matters or matters under litigation, for a length of time not to exceed three (3) minutes. No action or discussion may take place on a matter until such matter has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law.
 
CONSENT AGENDA:
Items listed under the consent agenda are considered routine and are generally enacted in one motion. The exception to this rule is that a Board Member may request one or more items to be removed from the consent agenda for separate discussion and action.

2.   Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council for an amendment to Planned Development-7 (PD-7) with a base zoning of Light Industrial; Generally located south of Fulghum Road and east of North Goode Road, consisting of 12.743 acres and containing one (1) lot. ACTION:
 
3.   Discuss and consider a recommendation for a Preliminary Plat, generally located south of Beltline Road and west of Geller Road. The property is approximately 77.7 acres and being further described herein Case No. (P-21-23). Click to View
 
4.   Discuss and consider a recommendation for a Final Plat, generally located at the southeast corner of Distribution Drive and Sunridge Blvd. The property is approximately 39.69 acres and being further described herein Case No. (FP-22-40). Click to View
