Fleet Management - Approve a Motor Vehicle Fueling Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Copper Canyon Fire and Medical Authority (CCFMA) and Yavapai County. YC Contract No. 2019-121 (All Districts)
Brief Explanation of Need
The Camp Verde Fire District and Montezuma-Rimrock Fire Districts have merged to become Copper Canyon Fire and Medical Authority (CCFMA).  Separately each entity had an IGA with Yavapai County for fueling services, however since the merger was completed the County Attorney's Office has recommended that we enter into a new IGA with CCFMA.  The terms of the IGA are the same as the previous IGA charging $0.10 over the Yavapai County cost for fuel.
