11.   Facilities - Approve commencement of the procurement process for indoor air quality improvements at the Prescott Health Department. Installation of new HVAC equipment and building automation system is recommended to meet the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. Upon completion of the procurement process, the Facilities Department will return to the Board for approval of the resulting contract and the award of ARPA funding.  Cost is estimated to be $440,000.00.
