REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
7:30 P.M.

             
   1. ROLL CALL, INVOCATION BY PASTOR ADAM DINNELL OF THE FAMILY CHURCH, AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Mayor Gray called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.

   2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 16, 2021, REGULAR MEETING

   3. COMMUNITY COMMENTS
             
   A. Mr. Randall Ullom, Law Director and City Prosecutor for the City of Lancaster and Ms. Stephanie Hall, Assistant Law Director and City Prosecutor for the City of Lancaster provided an overview of the services provided by their office and thanked the City of Pickerington for the continued relationship with their office. Mr. Ullom stated that he will be resigning at the end of December to become a Municipal Court Judge and Ms. Hall will be appointed as the Acting Law Director and City Prosecutor.

Five items on the consent agenda were read into the record. Ordinance 2021-30, an ordinance approving the final plat for Graystone Estates Section 2 located at the northeast corner of Refugee Road and Milnor Road; Ordinance 2021-31, an ordinance approving the final plat for Longview Highlands Phase 6, Part 1A located south of the railroad and north of Longview Highlands Phase 5; Ordinance 2021-36, an ordinance granting a councilmanic variance to Chapter 1286.16 of the Pickerington City Code to permit a drive-thru restaurant within the Olde Pickerington Village Overlay District; Resolution 2021-21R, an annual resolution to request advance distribution of tax monies of 2.3 mill general operating levy from the Fairfiled County Auditor pursuant to Section 321.34, Ohio Revised Code; Resolution 2021-22R, an annual resolution to request advance distribution of tax monies of 5.5 mill police operating levy from the Fairfield County Auditor pursuant to Section 321.34, Ohio Revised Code.

Mr. Romine stated that he still disagrees with the hot tub fees in the general fee schedule just as he has for the last four years.

Mrs. Hicks stated that the Rules Committee meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 8, 2021 is cancelled. Mr. Romine stated that the Safety Committee meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 8, 2021 is cancelled.
