   1. ROLL CALL, INVOCATION BY VICTORIA BURGOON OF PEACE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Mayor Gray called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.

Others Present: Greg Butcher, Phil Hartmann, Chief Cheney, Chris Schornack, Heather Moore, Victoria Burgoon, and others

ORDINANCE 2021-18, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF ONE TRIANGLE PARCEL OF LAND CONTAINING 3.00 ACRES BOUNDED GENERALLY BY THE NORFOLK SOUTHERN COMBINED RAILROAD TO THE NORTH, DILEY ROAD TO THE WEST, AND PROPERTY OWNED BY GREATER WORKS CHURCH ON THE SOUTH," First Reading.  (TABLED 08/03/2021)

Mayor Gray clarified that this item will remain on the table.
             
   B. ORDINANCE 2021-27, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2021 APPROPRIATION, ORDINANCE 2020-32," First Reading, Finance Committee.

The ordinance title was read into the record.
             
  Moved by Mr. Barletta to waive the requirement in Charter Section 2.05(C) that the ordinance be read on three separate meeting days, seconded by Mrs. Hicks

ORDINANCE 2021-29, "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF BONDS IN THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $2,975,000, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE COSTS OF REFUNDING BONDS PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BY THE CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING A LOAN FROM THE OHIO STATE INFRASTRUCTURE BANK INCURRED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING PART OF THE COSTS OF CONSTRUCTING THE NORTHERN EXTENSION TO DILEY ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY," First Reading, Finance Committee.
