The following information comprises the agenda for the regular meetings of the City Council of the City of Redlands and the Board of Directors of the Successor Agency of the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands at the times noted below in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, Redlands, California, on:

This will be a teleconference meeting in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, Redlands, California.

Following public health recommendations to limit public gatherings during the Covid-19 pandemic, City Manager Charles M. Duggan Jr., acting as the City of Redlands Emergency Services Director has directed that City Council/ Successor Agency meetings be closed to the public until further notice or until the current local State of Emergency has been lifted. The Council Chamber will not be open to the public during the City Council/Successor Agency meetings.

In order to have your public comment read into the public record at the meeting, members of the public are asked to submit comments up until 5 p.m. the day before the City Council/Successor Agency meeting by email at publiccomment@cityofredlands.org or through the public comment form on the City’s website at https://www.cityofredlands.org/public-speaker-form. Written comments may also be provided by 5 p.m. the day before the City Council/Successor Agency meeting directly to the City Clerk’s Office at 35 Cajon Street. At the beginning of your request, please make a note on your request if this is a general comment to the City Council or a comment on a specific agenda item, please include the agenda item number(s). 
 
All votes during the teleconferencing meetings will be conducted by roll call.

The meetings can be observed online via the City's website and on Redlands TV Channel 3 (Spectrum) and Channel 35 (Frontier). In addition, a remote viewing area is available in the breezeway outside City Hall for those who do not have cable TV or internet access. Please observe appropriate physical distancing and use face coverings when in the remote viewing area. Individuals with a disability, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act, who need assistance with public comment, may contact the City Clerk by telephone at (909) 798-7531 or by email at jdonaldson@cityofredlands.org at least two hours before the meeting to make alternate arrangements.
