Consideration and action on MaxorPlus Pharmacy Benefit Management Service Agreement to provide services that include prescription drug benefit management, participating pharmacy contracting, network and eligibility management. This agreement has been in place since 2004 and has a 3-year term that will automatically renew for 1-year periods unless terminated.
