Notice is hereby given in accordance with Order of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the board will conduct its meeting by telephone/video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing") to slow the spread of the COVID-19. There will be no public access to the location described above.

2.   Discussion and possible action regarding an economic development incentive to The Overlook Lifestyle Apt Homes, LLC (aka Magnum Opus Ventures) in an amount not to exceed $70,000 to reimburse the developer its infrastructure costs associated with the Overlook Apartments project.
3.   Consider, and if deemed appropriate, approve a performance agreement between the Palestine Economic Development Corporation and The Overlook Lifestyle Apt Homes, LLC and authorize the EDC President to execute same subject to City Council approval. Click to View
