SUMMARY:

Building and Standards Commission meeting to review and discuss Substandard Structure violations:

110 E. Reagan St.

Decision to be made by the Commission to either vacate, rehabilitate, or demolish the structure.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Staff recommends the structure be rehabilitated to current Code Compliancy, or bid out for demolition.
