SUMMARY:

Discuss and consider awarding Bid RFP 2020-020 Parts only - Link Street waterline replacement to Ferguson Waterworks in the amount of $82,441.16.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Recommend awarding bid to Ferguson Waterworks, as they are the lowest bidder, as well as have provided parts for projects in the past for City of Palestine.
