Discuss and consider awarding Bid RFP 2020-018 Link Street waterline replacement to Duplichain Contractors for $174,800.00.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Recommend awarding bid to Duplichain Contractors as they are the lowest bidder, as well as they have completed projects in the past for City of Palestine.
