SUMMARY:
The property at 725 S. Magnolia is owned by Roddy Millichamp and has been deemed as a substandard structure. The owner has been required to provide a plan of action by the City Inspector and must be completed within 90 days. This COA addresses several deficiencies identified and would make significant improvement to the structure. The Historic Landmark Commission will consider approval of suggested modifications and repairs.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
The Historic Landmark Commission will consider approval of COA.
