   C.   County Judge Canales called the Regular Meeting to order at 9:09 a.m. and certified that a quorum was present. The meeting was held in the Commissioners Courtroom located at 901 Leopard Street on the 3rd floor of the Nueces County Courthouse.

   A.   The Court consulted with the County Attorney in Case: 201863587, MASTER CASE v. TEXAS OPIOID LITIGATION; ratified the approval of Purdue Pharmaceuticals’ proposed Reorganization Plan (bankruptcy case); and related matters.

The Court was adjourned at 4:31 p.m. in memory of Graciela "Gracie" Barrera, Rudolph Lazarine "Tiger" Olivarez and Lois Chesney.
