Discuss and consider the approval of Change Order No. 6 with TBC Commercial Construction LLC, to increase the contract amount relating to the Padre Balli Park Improvements, Phase 1 Project.
On February 24, 2016, Nueces County entered into a contract with TBC Commercial Construction LLC for the Padre Balli Park Improvements, Phase 1 Project (IFB NO. 3004-15)
Change Order No. 6 compensates the contractor, $169,793.01 for the following changes:
Additional landscape and stabilization added to project - $147,707.63
Additional support to roads, includes geogrid, TX-7, overlapping at these locations and place another 7" of compacted crushed limestone (a total of 12) then the Asphalt Surface.
TX-7 Geogrid - (5) Rolls - $5,000.00
7" Crushed Limestone - (300) Tons - $9,000.00
Fee - $8,085.38

Total Amount $169,793.01
