B.   The Court consulted with the County Attorney and/or outside counsel regarding legal issues related to Corpus Christi Polymers, LLC Tax Abatement agreement, pending appraisal district hearing, discuss any related proposal, and other related matters; Discuss and consider approval of any related proposal, including Amended Tax Abatement Agreement.
             
C.   The Court approved the Settlement of Claim of Raul Flores for $209.44 in full and final settlement of his property damage claim and authorize issuance of a check in that amount.

D.   The Court consulted with the County Attorney regarding legal issues related to County provision of employee health insurance; workers compensation; and related matters.
             
E.   The Court consulted with the County Attorney on Cause No. 2019DCV-1967-B, Guy Conner v. Nueces County, et al.; authorized the County Attorney to enter into settlement negotiations; consider approval of settlement; authorized County Judge to execute related settlement documents; and related matters.

Motion: Authorize the County Judge to enter negotiations and to sign the settlement agreement.
