Authorize agreement w/ Certified Payments - credit card processing service for County Clerk

Authorize agreement with Certified Payments, a division of Accelerated Card Company, LLC which will provide equipment and service for credit card processing for the County Clerk department.
Certified Payments, a division of Accelerated Card Company, LLC offers customers the ability to accept electronic payments for fines, fee, taxes, permits, and other payments.
Certified Payments will modernize the County Clerks office, with real time data/reports and real time voids. The process is easier for our customers and will save paper. There is no fee to the county. The customer is charged $1.00 minimum or 2.3%.
No cost to the County.
