Approve an order – pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 263.001 – authorizing the appointment of a commissioner to sell county owned property at 430 North Alister, Port Aransas, Nueces County, Texas 78373 by public auction; and authorize the appointed commissioner to publish notice of the auction, and record the deed, pursuant to the same statute.
