RECOMMENDATION

Authorize a sole source purchase with Tyler Technologies for support and maintenance of the Tyler Odyssey application system.

BACKGROUND

This is the support and maintenance for the Tyler Odyssey application system that includes: Case Manager, Attorney Manager, Financial Manager, and Jail Manager. There was a 3% standard increase on Case Manager, Attorney Manager, Financial Manager, CIP and Jail Manager.

DISCUSSION
