Discuss and consider approval of Contract Agreement Amendment No. 2 for Fiscal Year 2019 between Nueces County and Coastal Bend Council of Government - Area Agency on Aging, on the New Increased Rate for Home Delivered Meals Effective September 1, 2019 - September 30, 2019.

DISCUSSION

The fixed reimbursement rates for common providers will increase $.36 per HDM from $4.95 to $5.31.
