RECOMMENDATION

Authorize TASB BuyBoard Contract No. 515-16 purchase from Cooper Equipment Co. of Etnyre Chipspreader for Public Works.

BACKGROUND

The new equipment will replace (1) Unit 151 County Number 42367 a 1994 CAT PS110 Pneumatic Roller to Auction.

DISCUSSION

Purchase in the amount of $309,035.00 will be paid by two different funding sources, 2017 Certificate of Obligation 19229000 - R&B Equipment in the amount of $200,000 and the remaining balance of $109,035.00 will be from the 2019-2020 Road & Bridge Department 0120 Capital Outlay.
