RECOMMENDATION

Approve the application procedure to the Nueces County Beach Management Committee.

BACKGROUND

Lee Smee has resigned his position from the Beach Management Committee that expires December, 2018, therefore a replacement needs to be found to fill the unexpired term.

DISCUSSION

Recommend opening for applications today, January 3, 2018, closing January 23, 2018 at 5 p.m. making the appointment at the January 31, 2018 Commissioners Court.
