RECOMMENDATION

Discuss and consider making a finding for the method of procurement (request of competitive bids); and authorize the purchasing agent to publish a notice for LyondellBasell Park Parking Lot Improvements project.

BACKGROUND

Construct parking lot pavement including rework of existing base material, overlay and Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) pavement; and construct a concrete dumpster pad.

DISCUSSION

Project is to be paid from Commissioner Pct. 1 RTA funds.
