RECOMMENDATION

Discuss and consider making a finding for the method of procurement (request of competitive bids); and authorize the purchasing agent to publish a notice for LyondellBasell Park Development.

BACKGROUND

Project is to construct approximately 1,200 linear feet of concrete walking/jogging trail which includes site grading; and construction of concrete ½ basketball court in accordance with plans and specifications.

DISCUSSION

Project is to be paid from a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department grant. The grant is a Local Land and Water Conservation fund.
