In 2013, the owners were authorized an exemption from the requirements of a DPP for their single-family dwelling on Mustang Island in the La Concha Estates Subdivision under application DPP-0613-01. Subsequently, during construction, dunes and vegetation were damaged. The Court revoked the exemption 0613-01, and asked the applicant to re-apply under a full dune protection permit that included a mitigation plan to restore the damage to dunes and the vegetation. |
