RECOMMENDATION

Discuss and consider a authorizing execution of a contract with Johnson Controls, Inc. for an Energy Savings Performance Project.

BACKGROUND

The contract is for a phase II Building Retrofit and Energy Efficiency Project related to the Courthouse/Jail, McKinzie Annex, and Juvenile Justice Facilities; authorize staff to move forward with 3rd Party Review and development of a Project Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc.

DISCUSSION

Contract will be paid from the guaranteed savings.
