RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and consider approval of a deductive Change Order No. 2 for the County Road 35 Paving Improvements from Saratoga Blvd. to CR 26 Project.
BACKGROUND
On March 27, 2019, Nueces County awarded a contract to Garrett Construction Company for the County Road 35 Paving Improvements from Saratoga Blvd. to CR 26 Project.
DISCUSSION
Deductive Change Order No. 2 will include charges to Garrett Construction for liquidated damages for days beyond the contractual completion date and cost for re-testing material compaction not meeting the specifications.

1295 Form Certificate No. 2019-568912 has been filed with the Texas Ethics Commission.
