Final Plat for the Rancho Vistoso Parcel 10-N North residential subdivision, located on the southwest corner of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard and Vistoso Highlands Drive
Staff recommends approval.
The applicant requests approval of a final plat for a 27-lot residential subdivision on Rancho Vistoso Parcel 10-N North. The plat features 5,700 square foot lots and a new sidewalk along Hidden Springs Drive. The plat meets Town requirements and is ready for approval.
BACKGROUND OR DETAILED INFORMATION:
Town Council approval of final subdivision plats is required prior to being recorded with Pima County.
6.6 acre property subdivided into 27 lots
Average lot size - 5,769 s.f. (min. 5,024 s.f; max. 8,674 s.f.)
Building height: two (2) stories not to exceed 25' (four specific lots limited to single story as agreed to by the applicant)
5-foot sidewalk along Hidden Springs Drive
Landscaped buffer yards along perimeter of subdivision
Low walls on west side of subdivision to prevent headlight trespass onto Resort Casitas across Hidden Springs Drive
April, 2013 - Town Council approved Conceptual Site Plan
I MOVE to APPROVE the Final Plat for the Rancho Vistoso Parcel 10-N North, Lots 1-27 subdivision, finding that it meets the requirements of Section 22.9.F of the Zoning Code.
