Call to Order
  The meeting was called to order at 7:30 AM.
Approval of the minutes of the August 14, 2019 meeting.
  Motion by Vice President Nancy Kane, second by Member Katie Kress to approve the minutes of the August 14, 2019 meeting.
  Vote: 9 - 0 Motion Carried
Introduction of BID Administrative Coordinator Candidate
  The BID Officers introduced the qualifications of the candidate and the process for hiring.

Rainie Pellien arrived at 7:34 AM.
Treasurer's Report – Review of Financials Dean Behrens
  The BID discussed the Treasurer's Report and how the finances were displayed.
Committee Reports
BID Director’s Report – Paige Lesniewski
  September is Library Card Campaign month with the library.

Eastern Exposure is open.

Falls Patio Players presents "Glorious!" September 27-29 and October 4-6.

Ladies Night was a success. 23 businesses participated, over 300 people attended, and 80 people stopped into the BID office. Received great feedback from businesses and employees.

The 2020 Beer Garden band schedule is set.

Trustee Report - Katie Kress
  The Village Board approved a lease for the parking lot behind Nino's.

Village Park redesign will have the entrance feature in Phase 1.

The Village will be partnering with the Optimist Club for fundraising Village Park.

The redesign for Rotary Park bathrooms were approved.
CDA Report - Cathy Hazzard
  A Business Development Loan Pool grant was awarded to Nino's for their roof and building repair.

The CDA also heard updates on the Optimist Club fundraising partnership.
Village Report - Gabe Gilbertson
  Fire station restaurant plans to be opening early or middle of October.

Electrical has been installed at the intersection of Main and Appleton for the building lighting project.

Sidewalk sign ordinance has been approved. No applications as of yet.

Approval of Hiring Administrative Coordinator Candidate
  Motion by Member Rainie Pellien, second by Member Gerry Luisier to approve the hiring of Elizabeth Lozano as the BID's Administrative Coordinator.
  Vote: 10 - 0 Motion Carried
Approval of 2020 BID Operating Plan
  Motion by Vice President Nancy Kane, second by Member Rainie Pellien to approve the BID's 2020 Operating Plan.
  Vote: 10 - 0 Motion Carried
Discussion of Beer Garden 2019 Financials
  The BID discussed the end-of-season finances for the 2019 Beer Gardens.
Discussion of BID Board Members for 2020
  Dean Behrens, Gerry Luisier, and Rainie Pellien all have terms ending on 12/31/19. Additionally, Nancy Kane will be resigning her seat at the end of the year.
