Village President David Glasgow called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

  Motion by Trustee Jeremy Walz, second by Trustee Tim Newman to move the agenda item for consideration of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company easement, 6. f. up on the agenda to take consideration at the time agenda item 6.d., utility easement for Wisconsin Electric Power Company, is considered.

  Motion by Trustee Paul Tadda, second by Trustee Tim Newman to grant a conditional use permit allowing Milwaukee Baseball Academy to operate a year-round youth baseball training facility from an Industrial building located at N83W13250 Leon Road subject to the 8 conditions recommended by the Plan Commission.

  Motion by Trustee Paul Tadda, second by Trustee Tim Newman to approve an amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 13-4-89 allowing the Children's Community Center Inc to expand their playground behind their facilities located at N88 W17550 Christman Road subject to the 9 conditions recommended by the Plan Commission.

  Motion by Trustee Paul Tadda, second by Trustee Tim Newman to adopt a resolution approving a Certified Survey Map redividing lands owned by Dennis and Kathleen Reimer located on the east side of Lannon Road approximately 1/4 mile North of Silver Spring Drive subject to the 4 conditions listed in the memo from Director of Community Development Matt Carran.

Utility Easement granted to Wisconsin Electric Power Company
  Motion by Trustee Jeremy Walz, second by Trustee Tim Newman to approve a utility easement granted to Wisconsin Electric Power Company over land owned by the Village of Menomonee Falls, south of the homes located on Cherokee Drive, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 9.985.024.

Utility Easement granted to Wisconsin Electric Power Company
  Motion by Trustee Jeremy Walz, second by Trustee Katie Kress to approve a utility easement granted to Wisconsin Electric Power Company on land owned by the Village of Menomonee Falls, located on the north side of Menomonee Avenue approximately 1/2 mile west of Main Street, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 29.998.
  Vote: 6 - 0 Motion Carried
  Trustee Tadda rejoined the meeting.

Parking Lot Easement granted to the Village of Menomonee Falls
  Motion by Trustee Paul Tadda, second by Trustee Tim Newman to approve a parking lot easement granted to the Village of Menomonee Falls over land owned by Tony and Nina Sgroi.  The subject land is located southeast of Nino's Italian Bakery on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 11.296.

Approval of the Garbage & Recycling Fund (215) - and a Special Charge for Refuse and Recycling Services for 2020
  Motion by Trustee Jeremy Walz, second by Trustee Randy Van Alstyne  to approve the Special Charge for 2020 Refuse & Recycling Services in the amount of $154.68 per residential unit and authorize publication of the Notice of Special Charge for 2020 Refuse & Recycling Services.

  Motion by Trustee Katie Kress, second by Trustee Tim Newman to approve the award of Contract award of the contract for the Rotary Park #1 Restroom Renovation Project No. 64073 to the low bidder Burkhart Construction in the amount of $101,500.00.
