a.   Consideration, deliberation and a possible decision on a variance request of DENNIS AND KATHLEEN REIMER from the requirements of Section 122-231(f)(1), dealing with the minimum lot width for a parcel in the R-1 Single-Family Residential District as follows:  a variance of 65.23 feet to allow for the creation of a parcel with a lot width of 134.77 feet rather than the 200 feet required. The proposed parcel would be divided from the land located at W204N5880 Lannon Road, identified by Tax Key Number 115.999, located in the Southwest ¼ Section 29. Click to View
 
b.   Consideration, deliberation and a possible decision on a variance request of DAVID VAN DORF from the requirements of Section 122-85(a)(1) dealing with the required setbacks for principal structure addition in an R-2 Single Family Residential District as follows:  a variance of 15 feet to allow the principal structure addition (deck) to be located 10 feet from the rear property line rather than the 25 rear yard as required for the property located at W156N7588 Pilgrim Road., Tax Key Number 55.984, Southwest ¼ Section 14.
