1.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES
 
a.   Approval of minutes of the June 11, 2019 meeting.
 
2.   APPEARANCES
 
a.   Consideration, deliberation and a possible decision on a variance request of SUSAN CHAPMAN from the requirements of 122-237(h)(3)(a)(2) pertaining to the required side yard setback for an accessory structure (detached garage) in the R-6 Single-Family and Two-Family Residential District:  A variance of 6.15 feet to allow a detached garage to be constructed 3.85 feet from the south side yard property line rather than the minimum 10 feet for the property located at W166N8975 Grand Avenue, Tax Key Number 11.113, Southwest ¼ Section 03.
