Village of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin ORCHARD RIDGE LANDFILL LOCAL SITING COMMITTEE FOR EASTERN EXPANSION MINUTES Thursday, August 24, 2017

Chairman Steliga called the meeting to order at 3:44 p.m.

Present:	Jeff Steliga, Member; Mary Stark, Member; Perry Lindquist, Member; Mark Mader, Member; Mark Fitzgerald, Member
Staff Present:	Julie Burkard, Executive Assistant
	Adam Koenings, Assistant Village Attorney

Motion by Mark Fitzgerald, second by Mary Stark, to approve the June 9, 2016; June 23, 2016; September 29, 2016; and May 9, 2017 meeting minutes. All ayes; motion passed.

Motion by Mary Stark, second by Mark Mader, to convene into Closed Session in Room #2244 under Wis. Stats. § 19.85(1)(e) to determine positions and strategy of the Landfill Siting Committee over negotiations with Waste Management. This closed session will also include the Assistant Village Attorney and other Village staff members. All ayes; motion passed and Committee in closed session at 3:46 p.m.

Motion by Perry Lindquist, second by Mark Fitzgerald, to adjourn the Orchard Ridge Landfill Siting Committee meeting from closed session. All ayes, motion passed and meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
