   Discussion and possible action on a Resolution approving an offer to purchase and counter-offer and delegating final authority to the Village Manager to take all steps necessary to complete the acquisition of a property located at N90W16531 Roosevelt Drive and further identified by Tax Key Number MNFV0011146.  All ayes.  Motion passed.

Motion by Walz, second by Van Alstyne to recommend approval of a resolution approving an offer to purchase and counter-offer and delegating final authority to the Village Manager to complete the acquisition of the property located at N90W16531 Roosevelt Drive, Tax Key Number MNFV0011146.  All ayes.  Motion passed.

Motion by Van Alstyne, second by Walz to recommend approval of a resolution to delegate authority to the Village Manager to coplete the sale of a village owned property located on Maple Road north of the Christman Park subdivision, Tax Key Number MNFV0015994003 for $410,000.  All ayes.  Motion passed.
