a.   Consideration, deliberation and a possible decision on a variance request of LEO AND SANDRA BUDNIK from the requirements of Section 122-622(2)(c) dealing with the height requirements, and Section 122-233(h)(3) dealing with the side yard setback requirement for an accessory structure (detached garage) in the R-3 Single Family Residential District as follows: A variance of 2 feet to allow the height of the detached garage to be 17 feet rather than the maximum of 15 feet as required; and a variance of 3 feet to allow the same detached garage to be located 12 feet from the side yard property line rather than the 15 feet as required for the property located at W151N5521 Badger Dr., Tax Key Number 138.075, Northeast ¼ Section 35.
