The meeting was called to order at 7:31 AM.

Financials were read by Dean Behrens for the month of April. The BID discussed the Treasurer's Report and presentation changes to Quickbooks.
BID Director's Report - Paige Lesniewski
2019 Kids Catch & Release Fishing Derby: Saturday, May 11, 2019
Falls Memorial Fest: Saturday, May 25, 2019 from 11am to 10pm.
-Sponsorships closed. Almost $18,000 in sponsorships raised.
-55 vendor spots secured. $4,175 raised from vendor booths.
-More volunteers needed.
Farmer's Market now open.

CDA reviewed draft of the sandwich board sign ordinance. The draft will go to Plan Commission next.

The 2019 Goals and Objectives were discussed.
Farmer's Market - Paige Lesniewski
The old Farmer's Market sign has been replaced with a new sign.

The Beer Garden liquor license will be approved at the May 20, 2019 Village Board meeting. Location, approvals, and logistics were discussed.

BID Board of Directors and their volunteering for Memorial Fest was discussed.
